UAE Golden Visa Requirements for Salaried Professionals
The UAE offers an enticing opportunity for individuals with professional qualifications, as recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MoHRE), to secure the Golden Residency Visa. To be eligible for this visa under Article 17 of the Annexure to Cabinet Resolution No. 65 of 2022, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Hold a valid work contract in the country, entitling them to obtain a work permit.
- Be classified as a skilled worker at the first or second professional level, as per the MoHRE-approved occupational classification.
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent educational qualification.
- Earn a minimum monthly salary of Dh30,000 or its equivalent in foreign currencies.
- Hold a valid license to practice in professions such as medicine, pharmacy, teaching, or other professions eligible for the Golden Visa.
- Maintain comprehensive health insurance coverage for themselves and their family members during the application process, as required by the competent local authority.
